Duration: 6 months Job Scope: • Develop and execute TikTok content strategies • Create video content aligned with brand tone and current trend • Manage TikTok marketing and sales campaigns to maximize traffic, reach and conversions, ROI • Manage TikTok Shop campaigns • Optimize TikTok Shop performance (traffic, conversions, ROI). • Collaborate with e-commerce team to align TikTok campaigns with overall sales strategy • Collaborate with ecommerce team to design Live stream campaigns • Host / co-host regular TikTok Live sessions to promote products/campaigns • Prepare live stream scripts, product demos, and engagement activities to maximize conversions • Monitor and analyze livestream performance • Manage TikTok community, engage with followers and build strong online community around the brand • Work with local influencers/KOLs to co-create content and livestream events • Stay updated on TikTok trends and viral challenges • Track and analyze key performance metrics across TikTok content, ads, TikTok Shop, and livestreams. • Deliver reports and insights to management for campaign optimization Job Requirements: • Min.
