Corporate Secretarial Specialist

Our Client, a Well-established Firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Secretarial Specialist to manage statutory compliance, maintain corporate records, and handle regulatory filings for a portfolio of companies. Location: Central Singapore Key Responsibilities: • Handle corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients • ACRA filing and submission of documents in a timely manner • Attend board and shareholder meetings, prepare agendas, and drafting meeting minutes and resolutions • Maintain and update statutory registers, minute books, and company registers • Advise clients on corporate governance rules and obligations under the local Companies Act • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Accountancy, or a related field • Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably with a professional corporate services firm • ICSA(Chartered Secretary) certificate is of an advantage • Good communication skills and can work well as a team player
