Legal Secretary

Our client, a Leading Prestigious International law firm is seeking for a detail-oriented Legal Secretary with related secretarial experience, for their growing outfit. Location: Central Singapore Key Responsibilities: • Provides high level of administrative, legal support to fee-earners • Filing of corporate documents • Manage end-to-end monthly billing cycles • Coordinate complex schedules and scheduling of client meetings • Manage ravel itineraries • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance protocols • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the practice group assigned Requirements: • Possess 3 to 5 years of legal secretarial experience, working for a local or international outfit • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management systems • Proficiency with documentation and legal billing software • High level of discretion, strong prioritization under tight deal deadlines • Good verbal and written communication skills
