Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality | Contract & Vendor Management 📍 Central West 💰 $4,000–$6,000/month 📅 Permanent Position 🏥 Healthcare Environment Contract & Vendor Management • Manage outsourced service contracts across the Group Hospitality portfolio, including Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry and Portering Services • Monitor vendor performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs and service standards • Drive service providers to meet operational requirements and stakeholder expectations • Oversee contract governance, performance reporting and documentation • Ensure proper records are maintained for accountability and audit readiness • Manage service gaps, performance issues and corrective actions with vendors • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and workplace safety requirements Operations & Stakeholder Management • Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for operational improvement • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve operational issues • Support budgeting, procurement and financial management activities • Optimise resource utilisation while maintaining service quality and value for money • Lead or participate in projects to strengthen service delivery and operational resilience • Support team development through coaching, engagement and knowledge sharing 📩 Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
