Perm | Building Services Engineer (M&E / Retail Mall) | Up to $5000 #NKA

Location: Bukit Batok Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 to 6pm, Friday 8.30 to 5.30pm Salary: Up to $5000 + VB Job Responsibilities: • Plan and supervise maintenance, repair and improvement works for building M&E systems. • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely closure of faults/service requests. • Manage CAPEX replacement and upgrading works to improve system reliability and efficiency. • Ensure maintenance works comply with regulatory, safety, environmental and contractual requirements. • Support annual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, control expenditure and verify contractor payments. • Prepare tender specifications, evaluate quotations/tenders and monitor vendor performance. • Coordinate tenant fit-out, A&A and reconfiguration works to ensure compliance with building and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with consultants, tenants, contractors and internal teams on building works. • Supervise and lead a team of technicians and outsourced service providers. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • Preferably with experience in real estate developer, retail industry or M&E contractors. • Possess strong technical knowledge of building equipment and components • Ability to operate and troubleshoot building system and equipment • Strong communication and people management skills with ability to lead, guide and coach team.
