Regional Finance Manager [EL]

• Review monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents for subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing and tax compliance. • Perform financial and variance analysis and prepare key management reports for management review. • Oversee the full cycle of accounting activities and provide guidance and support to team members where required. • Monitor subsidiaries’ cash flows, funding requirements and working capital needs. • Provide accounting guidance and support to local and regional subsidiaries on accounting-related matters. • Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and related financial reporting requirements. • Liaise with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants on accounting, statutory and tax matters. • Coordinate the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes. • Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, guidelines, procedures and internal control requirements established by Head Office. • Support other finance and accounting matters and ad-hoc projects as required.
