Student Recruitment Executive / Manager x4

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets. • Identify and pursue new student markets through schools, agents, education fairs, roadshows, and community outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, education agents, and partner institutions. • Organize and represent the school at marketing events, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities. • Provide accurate course counseling and guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process. • Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into confirmed enrollments. • Monitor recruitment pipeline and prepare regular performance and enrollment reports. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support recruitment activities. • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for student growth. • Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the admission process. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in student recruitment within a private education institution is a plus. • At least 2 years of sales experience in Asia, with exposure to markets beyond the region is a plus. • In-depth knowledge of the higher education and student recruitment trends. • Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans. • Possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines.
