Assistant HR Manager (Malaysia-JB, 5 Days Work Week)

About the role Oversee full-spectrum HR and administrative functions for two Malaysian entities, managing recruitment, onboarding, probation and employee documentation. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave and overtime while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
