Sea Freight CS Executive / Senior CS Executive

Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end Sea freight operations for both import and export shipments. • Manage export shipments: booking with carrier • Manage import shipments: monitor arrival, arrange clearance, coordinate delivery, and follow up with customers. • Prepare and send quotations to overseas agents and customers. • Liaise with overseas agent, Carrier, transporter, warehouse, and customers for smooth operations. • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on arrivals, delays, or issues. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs requirements. • Handle billing, job costing and data entry accurately. Requirements • Experience in Sea freight import & export operations preferred. • Knowledge of B/L, permits, customs clearance. • Good coordination and communication skills. • Able to multitask and handle fast-paced shipment requirements. • Familiar with freight systems is an advantage.
