Export Documentation Officer

Job Description Handling the full set of export documents, such as: • Preparation of bills of lading, invoices, insurance documents, shipping line drafts, and manifests for agents. • Customs filing for Japan, EU, Canada, and the USA. • Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Job Requirement • Minimum qualification: completed secondary school or equivalent • No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. • Proficiency in both English and Chinese. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation. • Willing to learn, adapt, and work effectively as part of a team. • Pleasant and positive personality with a professional attitude Transportation • Company-provided transport service for pick-up and drop-off at Jurong East MRT station.
