Human Resource Generalist (Compensation Benefits/Salary)

Job Scope : HR Compensation & Benefits • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis with external consultants to maintain competitive compensation structures. • Participate in market surveys and analyse compensation data to support equitable and competitive remuneration practices. • Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programmes. • Partner with regional and headquarters teams to support compensation initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Others • Support HR projects as assigned. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal partners on HR-related matters and special projects. • Provide support for HR administration and operational activities. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards. • Experience working with government agencies and managing external vendor relationships. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights. • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
