Sales Operations Executive [up to $4,500 | Central]

Responsibilities • Manage customer orders from confirmation through production, shipment, and final delivery. • Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements. • Liaise with tyre factories to monitor production plans, inventory availability, and delivery timelines. • Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation and export-related requirements. • Maintain accurate sales orders, shipment records, and operational documentation. • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve order fulfillment and delivery issues. • Track order progress and provide timely updates on production and shipment status to customers and management. • Support continuous improvement of sales operations processes to enhance service efficiency and accuracy. Requirements • 3 to 8 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, or related functions. • Prior working experience in the tyre industry is required. • Experience with tyre manufacturers, distributors, or trading companies. • Knowledge of international trade, shipping processes, and export documentation. • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking factories and business partners. • Experience managing customer orders, production coordination, shipments, and logistics activities.
