Senior Cloud Specialist (Azure)

Location: Botanic Gardens Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Subjected to renewal) Responsibilities • Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. aligned with government policies and standards (e.g., IM8, Zero Trust) • Oversee contractors managing application systems hosted in the Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability • Enable and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices in collaboration with application teams, and drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management • Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes, perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements • Conduct change management to support operations and ensure governance compliance What we are looking for • Min 4-7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a good understanding of Azure services (e.g., Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity & Access Management). • Familiarity with ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management • Experience with observability tools (e.g. Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
