School Admin Officer

Location: Boon Keng Contract : 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 Salary : $2760 per month Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 2:00pm • Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk for parents, students and visitors, providing information, guidance and directing them to the appropriate person or department. • Respond to phone calls, emails and walk-in enquiries regarding school operations, admissions and events in a prompt and professional manner. • Receive and manage feedback, complaints and requests from stakeholders, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or resolved in a timely manner. • Assist in the preparation and distribution of school correspondence, including letters, newsletters and publications. • Provide clerical and administrative support to teaching staff and supervisors, including distributing resources and preparing teaching and learning materials. • Input, update and manage general data in the school's administrative systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Attend to students at the sickbay and render basic care as required. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Administration Manager.
