Executive [Fund Management & Administration/Govt]

• Location: Buona Vista • Working Hours : 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) • Salary: Up to $3,000 per month + Completion bonus • Duration : 1 Year Key Responsibilities: • Manage donation administration, including pledge processing, donor profile maintenance, data verification, and the upkeep of related records and documentation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, registers, and supporting documentation to ensure data integrity and proper record-keeping. • Reconcile, track, and maintain records relating to the disbursement and utilisation of funds. • Provide administrative and operational support to the team, including coordination and documentation as required. • Assist with other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the smooth operation of the team. Job Requirements: • Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance or other quantitative fields. • At least 3 years of working experience. • Prior experience in project/donor management will be an advantage.
