Assistant Manager, Group Contact Centre – Digital Transformation | Up to $5,200 HHLT

📍 Jurong East 🕒 Mon–Fri, Office Hours 💰 Up to $5,200/month 💼 Responsibilities • Manage and enhance the Group Contact Centre’s digital systems to improve operations and patient experience • Develop digital system strategies, roadmaps, annual workplans and budgets • Manage product roadmaps and backlogs with IT partners and vendors • Gather business requirements and lead system enhancements, UAT and validation • Support technology refresh, cloud migration and digital transformation projects • Analyse data to identify operational gaps and system improvements • Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution • Manage vendor SLAs, contracts and onboarding of NUHS departments • Conduct system training and maintain training materials 📝 Requirements • Min. degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or related discipline • Min. 2 years of Contact Centre operations and/or IT Product/Project Management experience • Healthcare operations / IT project exposure preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Experience managing or launching digital products and Agile methodologies advantageous 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
