1. Job description
• Support the operationalization of ITSM to track operational efficiency & effectiveness.
• Support the development & revision key operational workflows
• Participate in stakeholder discussions to optimize key processes.
• Maintain & update operations handbook & documentation
2. Preferred Candidate profile
• Basic degree or Diploma in operations management, Information technology, marketing, business
• At least 5 years of work experience in operations, customer service, research, marketing, I.T
• Experience with JIRA or other ITSM service management tools will be a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
