Technical Delivery Manager

Experience Requirements Total Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience. Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements. Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments. Core Competencies (Mandatory) • Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery , including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications. • Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements , security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Core Technical Skills (Mandatory) Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21. Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including: • Multithreading and Concurrency • JVM Performance Tuning • Collections Framework • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Design Patterns Extensive experience with: • Spring Framework • Spring Boot • Spring MVC Expertise in modern application architectures: • Microservices Architecture • RESTful API Design & Development • Event-Driven Architecture Database experience with: • Oracle • MySQL Messaging and integration technologies: • Apache Kafka • RabbitMQ Strong understanding of delivery best practices: • Agile/Scrum methodologies • Code Reviews • Technical Leadership and Ownership • Release and Deployment Governance Secondary Skills (Preferred) • Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or other Agile certifications will be an added advantage. • Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, Grafana, Geneos. • Collaboration & ALM Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
