Financing Ops, Agency & Middle Office| Banking (up to $6500)

Job Description • Support Front Office teams in the pitching and execution of Agency and Bilateral financing mandates. • Manage the administration of syndicated facilities, including Facility Agent, Security Agent and Account Bank responsibilities. • Review legal documentation to ensure alignment with credit approvals and internal policies. • Coordinate financing activities including utilisation requests, rate fixing and loan rollovers. • Liaise with borrowers and lenders throughout the deal lifecycle on waivers, consents, amendments and other transaction requests. • Set up and manage credit limits in Loan IQ (LIQ). • Monitor collateral, financial covenants and contractual obligations. • Follow up on financing deals to ensure proper documentation and compliance with agreed terms. • Provide operational and technical support to Front Office for financing transactions. • Support the valuation of financing deals by providing relevant rates and indicators. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Syndication, Agency, Middle Office or Financing Operations. • Hands-on experience with syndicated loans, agency administration or bilateral financing. • Familiarity with Loan IQ (LIQ) is preferred. • Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit approvals, covenants and financing processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail. • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
