Sales Administration Executive [EL]

• Manage inbound customer enquiries across email, telephone and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements and provide information on product availability and delivery lead times. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FS products and services to support customer enquiries and order requirements. • Coordinate with customers, internal departments, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure accurate order confirmation and smooth delivery arrangements. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing customers and support the onboarding of new customers. • Ensure appropriate pricing and mark-up guidelines are applied according to customer categories and company policies. • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer requirements and follow up on outstanding orders where necessary. • Provide cross-functional administrative and operational support to relevant divisions. • Verify customer purchase orders against quotations, including product details, quantities, pricing and other relevant requirements, before submitting orders to the Order Processing team. • Carry out other relevant responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
