Field Engineer [No Experience Required]

[Order Number: 148098-R] Responsibilities • Provide on-site technical support for semiconductor equipment installation, equipment setup, servicing, and troubleshooting. • Diagnose equipment issues and perform systematic troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to minimise equipment downtime. • Conduct preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, calibration, and functional testing to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. • Support equipment modification, upgrade, adjustment, and optimisation activities according to customer and equipment requirements. • Perform equipment recovery and corrective maintenance, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. • Work closely with senior engineers and technical teams on complex equipment issues, including robot teaching, sub-assembly servicing, and equipment adjustments. • Communicate with customers on equipment status, troubleshooting progress, and service activities while maintaining a high standard of customer support. • Prepare service documentation and reports, and comply with customer site requirements, safety procedures, and company quality standards. Requirements • Candidates with hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, machinery servicing, engineering, or technical troubleshooting are encouraged to apply. • Willing to travel to customer sites and support standby or shift duties when required.
