Working Hours: 5 days office hours Job Scope: • Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes by assessing organisational needs and measuring programme effectiveness. • Establish and manage vendor relationships to deliver health-related workshops, campaigns and talks. • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee. • Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant ministries/agencies within stipulated timelines. • Plan, organise and execute key wellbeing initiatives. • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, satisfaction, and retention. • Collect, analyse and interpret employee feedback to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement. • Conduct mental wellness surveys, measure outcomes, and implement follow-up solutions. • Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Min.
