Regional Business Development Manager $8.5K - $9.5K + PB up to 3 months (West Area - Power Generator Field)

About the Role • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, across distributors, EPC contractors, and end users • Work hand in hand with the CEO to shape pricing, structure deals, and drive market expansion • Based in Singapore, with frequent travel throughout the region Key Responsibilities • Identify, qualify, and prioritise distributors, EPC contractors, and end customers • Convert prospects into commercial commitments, from trial orders to full purchase orders • Drive the entire business development process, including outreach, qualification, negotiation, and closing • Maintain an organised sales pipeline with defined next steps and disciplined follow-up • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and partner engagements Requirements • Diploma or above in Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline • Proven track record of closing B2B deals • Strong commercial instincts, with a decisive and results-oriented mindset • Comfortable working in a lean, evolving team environment • Self-driven, independent, and culturally adaptable, with willingness to travel regionally • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience in Middle East markets is an advantage How to Apply Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua (R1110624) EA License No: 06C4642
