Admin Officer (Entry Level, Public Agency)

We are looking for an Admin Officer to assist with invoice processing, inventory management and files digitalisation. • Up to $3,500 per month • Mon - Fri, office hours • Central Area • 3 months in the first instance, renewable for another 9 months Responsibilities : • Support day-to-day administration and operations , including office supplies inventory management, invoice processing, and gifts management. • Assist with maintaining accurate records , trackers and documentation for administrative activities, ensuring timely updates and proper filing. • Assist with the digitisation, organisation and maintenance of physical and electronic files to ensure proper records management and easy retrieval of information. • Provide general administrative and operational support for projects managed by the Admin & Registry Operations team, including coordination, follow-ups and other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements : • Possesses minimum a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Audit or related fields. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Meticulous individual with high attention to detail.
