• $8,000 - $13,000 + AWS, Bonus • 5-days with 1 Saturday / month • Reputable A1 main contractor with over 33+ years of experience, specializing in large- scale infrastructure projects. • Attractive welfare benefits – (Additional leave, Birthday leave, Eldercare leave, Annual • Executive Health Screening, etc) • Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities • Assist the Project Director in managing and coordinating overall project activities, including project management, site supervision, and risk control, to ensure project objectives are achieved • Oversees project execution and site operations, monitoring progress closely to ensure timely completion within budget and project requirements • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve project-related issues • Implement effective cost control measures, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to project schedules • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the latest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act provisions throughout all stages of the project • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant authorities' requirements, regulations, and statutory obligations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant authorities' requirements and regulations, ensuring full compliance at all times Requirements • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (certificates recognized by the PE Board) • Has relevant experience in infrastructure projects, E.g. construction of underpasses, ramps, cut & cover tunnels, roads, rail and airport projects.
