Job Responsibilities · Perform HR-related payment processing activities (e.g. payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and in a timely manner for assigned institutions and departments. · Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain proper documentation and records. · Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel. · Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures. · Follow established guidelines, policies and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out HR processing tasks. · Monitor assigned tasks to ensure service standards are met and highlight any delays or operational issues. · Liaise with internal teams, administrators, or external stakeholders when required to obtain missing information or clarification. · Assist with simple operational or administrative tasks as directed, including ad hoc duties or projects.
