Senior / Assistant Manager, Planning & Development (Quatity Surveying exp!) #HHLT

📍 Queenstown 💰 Up to $6,000/month 📅 3-Year Contract 💼 Responsibilities • Support planning and infrastructure development for Alexandra Hospital’s Campus Redevelopment • Translate clinical service and operational requirements into infrastructure needs • Plan and facilitate User Workgroup sessions and design workshops • Work closely with consultants and hospital users to develop practical design solutions • Review design proposals to ensure operational, technical and budget requirements are addressed • Coordinate user approvals and sign-offs before construction • Verify completed spaces against approved plans before handover • Coordinate defects identification and rectification with consultants and MOHH • Act as the key bridge between user departments and consultants on workflows, interdependencies and infrastructure requirements • Monitor project timelines and ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule • Keep abreast of healthcare planning developments and support the wider campus planning team 📝 Requirements • Min. degree in Architecture required • Min. 3 years of relevant experience • Healthcare / hospital development experience highly preferred • Experience in infrastructure, design, planning or redevelopment projects • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex project environment • Independent, organised and proactive with good project planning skills • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
