• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records by recording daily financial transactions in a timely manner. • Prepare clear and concise financial reports to support business operations. • Ensure proper organization and filing of accounting documents for audit and reference purposes. • Oversee warehouse and logistics functions while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient order processing and on-time deliveries. • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records to support replenishment planning. • Foster effective communication between teams to ensure seamless operational flow. • Leverage Microsoft Excel and Office applications for data analysis, reporting, and tracking. • Support e-commerce operations by applying knowledge of platform sales processes to enhance efficiency.
