IT Governance & Risk Executive

• Monday - Friday • Raffles Place • Variable Bonus Responsibilities • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies and procedures in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines and the Cybersecurity Act. • Assist in maintaining the IT risk register, monitoring control effectiveness and preparing risk and compliance reports. • Work closely with Risk Management, Compliance, external auditors and service providers to support audit readiness and follow up on remediation actions. • Prepare documentation and supporting materials for external audits, regulatory inspections and compliance reviews, including MAS-related reviews and SWIFT attestations. • Maintain accurate records of IT systems, software and hardware assets. • Support IT vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract renewals and procurement activities in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. • Collect, consolidate and maintain IT-related information for risk dashboards, audit responses and compliance reporting. • Support the implementation of secure and compliant data-handling practices across departments. Requirements • Minimum Degree in IT or related discipline • Familiar with Financial industry IT Governance Practices and Singapore regulatory such as MAS Technology Risk Management, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Cybersecurity Act We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
