Recycling Ambassador (up $15/hour) - 2 mths renewable

Salary: $15 per hour Contract Duration: 2 months, renewable Working Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (including weekdays and weekends) Location: Islandwide (North, South, East, West, Central) Key Responsibilities • Educate members of the public on identifying eligible recycling containers. • Guide residents on the proper use of Reverse Vending Machines. • Encourage responsible recycling behaviour and address basic public enquiries. • Monitor machine usage and report operational issues to supervisors or vendors. • Maintain a professional, approachable, and positive image at all times. • Ensure deployment areas remain clean, safe, and presentable. Requirements • Singaporean • Confident and comfortable interacting with members of the public. • Customer service, event, ambassador, or outreach experience is an advantage. • Basic understanding of recycling or environmental initiatives preferred (training will be provided). • Able to commit for the full 3-month contract period. • Willing to work evenings and weekends when required. • Flexible to accommodate operational deployment changes. • Comfortable standing for extended periods in public-facing environments. • Available with no prior commitments from November/December 2026. Important Deployment Information • Deployment locations are islandwide and may be adjusted based on operational requirements. • Assigned work locations may not be near your residence. • A reasonable amount of travel is expected as part of the role. • Work will be conducted in sheltered outdoor environments, such as under HDB blocks.
