Patient Service Officer (Parkway Shenton)

Be the First Smile Our Patients See Join Parkway Shenton as a Patient Service Officer and make a difference every day at our clinics across Singapore. Responsibilities • Perform frontline duties that include (but not limited to):attend to walk-in patients, registration and schedule appointments; process billing, payments and claims; and dispense medications. • Provide support to the Doctors as and when required: chaperon duties, explain procedures to patients etc. • Ensure proper maintenance of patients’ records and drug inventory level. • Be involved in daily clinic operations and collating patient management indicators. • Assist in the submission of medical reports and claims such as TPA, CHAS, Medisave etc. • Ensure cleanliness in the clinic facility for a positive patient experience and brand image. • Provide coverage in other clinics when there is a manpower shortage. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Possess relevant frontline customer service experience. • Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage. • Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Able to commit staggered working hours, depending on the clinic's operating hours. Other Information • 5.5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays. • 44 hours per week.
