Rehab Admin Officer

• To provide for the department's overall reception & cashiering duties and relevant admin duties as assigned. • To provide recommendation, sales and rental homecare services. • Perform all reception related duties like answering phone calls, appointment scheduling etc. handle all enquiries regarding the provision of homecare services, liaise with patients & vendors regarding the sale and rental of equipment handle all cashiering related matters for the department handle all insurance related matters for the department manage outpatient records any other duties as assigned. • Generate and collate monthly data and related reports. • Any other duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum O Level pass, certificate in WSQ Higher certificate in healthcare (Admin support) is an added advantage. • Prior experience in healthcare industry an added advantage. • Working hours: Mon - Fri office hours + 1 Half Sat a month
