Location: South Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Job Responsibilities • Perform invoice checking and general administrative duties related to Accounts Payable operations. • Receive, capture, and process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. • Verify and match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents to ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, and payment terms. • Post verified invoices into the financial system, such as SAP, accurately and within the required timelines. • Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
