HR Intern, $12/h #HCT

Role Summary Support the HR team in recruitment, records, training, and staff engagement within a mission-driven welfare organisation. Gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. Key Responsibilities • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. • Prepare employment letters and maintain accurate employee records. • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. • Support staff engagement activities and internal events. • Handle confidential information with discretion (PDPA awareness). • Suggest process improvements and research relevant workforce grants. Requirements • Undergraduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. • Organised, detail-oriented, and good with MS Office. • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential data. • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
