Key Account Executive (Printing & Designing) - Central - WCDT

Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring prompt and professional support. • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective customer engagement. • Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints by providing timely and effective solutions, while following up to ensure satisfactory resolution. • Manage and follow up on new sales enquiries and leads generated by the Sales Development team. • Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, while monitoring and reporting sales performance. • Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Division. Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in account servicing, customer support, or sales administration. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as a team player. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Possess a positive attitude, strong initiative, and excellent time management skills. • Able to communicate and interact professionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
