Full-time Retail Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Orchard / Harbourfront Work Schedule: 4 Days Per Week (3 Weekdays + 1 Weekend) 5 Days Per Week (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend) Note: Work schedules will be assigned based on business needs and discussed in advance Operations Hours: Orchard Outlet Monday - Sunday * 4 Days Schedule 9:30 - 21:30 |10:30 - 22:30 | 8:00 - 20:00 (Stock Take Period) Monday - Sunday * 5 Days Schedule 13:15 - 22:30 | 13:30 - 22:30 HarbourFront Outlet Monday - Friday * 4 Days Schedule 10:30 - 22:30 | 8:00 - 20:00 (Stock Take Period) Saturday - Sunday * 4 Days Schedule 9:30 - 21:30 | 10:30 - 22:30 Monday - Sunday * 5 Days Schedule 13:15 - 22:30 | 13:30 - 22:30 Responsibilities: • Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers • Maintain the general cleanliness of the store • Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns • Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse • Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy • Training and supervising retail staff, setting performance expectations, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff • Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment • Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations Interested candidates may send their resumes to hr@lovet.sg .
