Sales Support Coordinator (Marine / Central / 5 days) [EL]

The Role We are looking for a customer-focused team member to manage incoming enquiries, quotations and order coordination while providing day-to-day support to customers and internal teams. What You Will Do • Handle incoming customer enquiries through email and phone. • Prepare quotations and advise customers on delivery lead times. • Develop product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information. • Coordinate with internal teams on order confirmations, delivery and logistics arrangements. • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. • Apply appropriate pricing and mark-up guidelines based on customer categories. • Follow up on customer requirements and ensure orders are processed efficiently. • Check customer purchase orders against quotations before handing them over to the Order Processing team. • Provide operational support to relevant business divisions. • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time. What We Are Looking For • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Good attention to detail, particularly when handling quotations and customer orders. • Organised and able to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups. • Comfortable coordinating with different internal teams and stakeholders. • Basic commercial awareness and ability to work with pricing information. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous.
