Contract Receptionist (MNC) - #HHW

• Greet and welcome visitors at the office reception and direct to appropriate person/meeting room/office • Answer and screen incoming phone calls • Keep reception area tidy and presentable and ensure all displays are in working order • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries • Arrange international and local courier • Preparation of meeting rooms, serve drinks to visitors and tidy meeting rooms after use • Booking of meeting rooms for staff via Outlook • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to non-public areas via the reception desk • Coordinate with vendors/ building management for office maintenance and servicing • Coordinate weekly office lunch and fruits • Submission of administrative related invoices in Concur – training provided • Coordinate procurement of office and supplies and perform administrative office duties • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Interested applicants may email resume to wendykhoo@recruitexpress.com.sg Wendy Khoo Hui Wen (CEI Registration No: R1761665) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA: 99C4599)
