Duration: 6 months Location: Outram Salary: $13/ hr Job Scope: • Update and maintain data related to Facilities and M&E Equipment Inventory system. • Support team activities, organise internal meetings, manage minor projects and handle ad-hoc tasks. • Manage of Ariba procurement system and support office operations for FSS. • Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure department runs smoothly. • Assist with preparation of basic presentation slides and documentation. • Provide general administrative support as required. Job Requirements: • Min.
