• Identify cross-workstream conflicts, schedule risks, resource constraints, and readiness gaps.
• Work closely with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare teams to ensure supplier onboarding aligns with technical and business readiness.
• Ensure onboarding activities remain aligned with L2C governance, stage-gate requirements, change management plans, and program priorities.
Risk, Governance & Reporting
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision records, and milestone plans.
• Identify blockers and escalate issues and decisions with clear facts, options, impacts, owners, and recommended next steps.
• Prepare leadership-ready status updates, executive summaries, milestone reports, and Steering Committee materials.
• Monitor onboarding deliverables and ensure execution remains on schedule.
• Track deferred decisions, open dependencies, and post-go-live stabilization actions through closure.

• Identify opportunities to improve project governance, onboarding processes, reporting, and stakeholder visibility.
• Recommend improvements that reduce execution risk and strengthen accountability.
• Support the transition from interim processes to optimized Phase 4 capabilities.
