Expert Project Planning & Scheduling

Job Responsibilities: • Lead Planning and scheduling functions for complex or large-scale projects, ensuring robust schedule development, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment. • Act as a key advisor to project leadership and mentor junior planners • Lead the development, validation, and approval of integrated project schedules across all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) • Drive schedule governance, standard, and best practices across projects • Performance advanced schedule analysis, including forensic delay analysis, scenario planning, and recovery planning • Provide strategic planning input to project leadership, including resource optimization and execution strategy • Mentor and guide junior planners, ensuring capability development within the planning function • Ad hoc duties as determined by management Job Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction • Minimum years of experience: 10 years • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools • Deep expertise in EPCM Project delivery and lifecycle integration • Advanced knowledge of delay analysis methodologies • Strong commercial awareness • Leadership and mentoringcapability • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment • Experience in multi-project or program-level planning
