• Handle vessel-related agency accounting, including invoicing, receipts, vendor payments, and Statements of Account. • Prepare monthly revenue comparison, expense, exchange rate, and financial reports. • Manage general overhead accounting, including invoices, fixed assets, payroll journals, and bank reconciliations. • Support month-end closing, balance sheet schedules, budgeting, and internal control audits. • Ensure accurate accounting entries, proper documentation, and timely e-filing. • Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and daily receipts. • Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
