We are hiring Contract Receptionists / Secretaries to provide front desk and administrative support across various corporate environments. Job Responsibilities • Manage reception duties, calls, visitors and general enquiries. • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team. • Coordinate meetings, appointments and room bookings. • Handle documentation, filing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks. Requirements • Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent. • Prior receptionist, secretarial or administrative experience preferred. • Good communication and organisational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
