System Process Analyst (Healthcare | 1 year Contract) #HJO

Job Responsibilities • Support the analysis, transformation and implementation of laboratory workflows and systems for healthcare digitalisation programmes. • Gather, analyse and document business, operational and system requirements from laboratory and healthcare users. • Review existing workflows and identify process or system changes required for implementation. • Translate business and clinical requirements into functional and system requirements. • Coordinate with users, IT teams, vendors and project stakeholders throughout the system implementation lifecycle. • Support integration and onboarding activities involving laboratory systems and healthcare information platforms. • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution tracking and results documentation. • Track system defects and issues, coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely closure. • Maintain project documentation, process flows, requirements, issue logs and implementation records. • Support regulatory compliance, system readiness and implementation activities. • Monitor project milestones, risks and outstanding actions and provide regular progress updates. • Support post-implementation issues and process improvements where required. Requirements • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or related discipline. • Experience working with users, vendors and cross-functional project stakeholders. • Exposure to LIS, EMR, HIS, NEHR or other healthcare clinical systems will be advantageous. • Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of system testing methodologies and issue/defect management. • Basic SQL knowledge will be advantageous. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
