1 Year Admin (Engineering Associate) | Jurong Island (Tpt provided) | Up to $2720 #NKA

Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided to and fro Jurong East MRT) Duration: 1 year contract Working hours: * 7.15am to 4pm * ⁠7.30am to 4.15pm * ⁠8am to 4.45pm * ⁠8.30am to 5.15pm Can discuss on timings Salary: Up to $2720 Job Responsibilities: • Manage plant building, drainage systems, facilities maintenance and inspections. • Coordinate contractors for building repairs, civil works and utility breakdowns. • Conduct risk assessments, Permit to Work checks and ensure safe work practices. • Follow up and rectify facility-related safety issues. • Support engineering systems, equipment tagging and technical data updates. • Maintain engineering, equipment failure and shutdown maintenance (SDM) records. • Coordinate SDM administrative requirements and vendor certifications. • Handle engineering purchases, security passes and update procurement records in SAP. • Manage spare parts inventory, purchase requisitions, reconciliation and reports. • Monitor pantry/stationery expenses and ensure spending is within budget. • Participate in safety programmes, JSOX and engineering inventory audits. Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma/NITEC in Engineering, Facility Management or related field with at least 1 year of experience preferred • Willing to work at Jurong Island Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
