Location: Outram Park Duration: Oct 2026 - Mar 2027 Salary: $10.50/hr - $13/hr Working days and hours: - 830am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday) - 830am to 530pm (Friday) Job Description: - Update and maintain data related to Facilities and M&E Equipment Inventory system. - Support team activities, organise internal meetings, manage minor projects and handle ad-hoc tasks. - Manage of Ariba procurement system and support office operations for FSS. - Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure department runs smoothly. - Assist with preparation of basic presentation slides and documentation. - Provide general administrative support as required.
