📢 Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – HR Advisory & Research | Up to $5,000 📍 Paya Lebar 💰 Salary: Up to $5,000/month ⏰ Monday to Friday, office hours 🏠 Potential 1-day WFH per week, subject to approval Great opportunity for HR professionals who enjoy research, writing and advisory work and want broader exposure to employment practices, workforce initiatives and employer engagement. What You’ll Be Doing 📝 HR Research & Content • Research employment legislation, workplace policies, HR trends and workforce transformation initiatives • Draft employer advisories, guidance notes, articles and HR-related content • Develop practical HR resources including playbooks, toolkits, case studies, templates and best-practice guides • Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for stakeholders 🤝 Employer Advisory • Handle employer enquiries relating to grants and available support schemes • Assess enquiries and provide preliminary guidance • Coordinate with relevant teams for more complex cases • Support employers on HR and workforce-related matters 📣 Outreach & Project Support • Support marketing and social media content • Coordinate webinars, workshops and employer engagement activities • Assist with project management, reporting, scheduling and stakeholder coordination • Provide administrative support for ongoing initiatives Who We’re Looking For • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline • HR candidates with approximately 3–5 years of experience are welcome • Candidates with less experience may also be considered • Strong writing, research and analytical skills • Able to simplify complex HR/employment topics into practical and easy-to-understand information • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Meticulous, organised and comfortable handling both advisory and administrative work • Proficient in Microsoft Office 📩 Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @jocelynchan.
