Customer Service Executive [EL]

• Handle inbound customer enquiries received through email, fax and telephone, and provide timely responses. • Prepare quotations and provide customers with relevant information on product availability and estimated delivery lead times. • Maintain good knowledge of the product ranges offered by FS and provide accurate product information to customers. • Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate order confirmations, delivery arrangements and logistics details. • Build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing customers. • Apply the appropriate pricing and cost mark-up guidelines according to the relevant customer category. • Ensure customer orders and requirements are processed accurately and efficiently. • Provide administrative and operational support to the relevant divisions as required. • Verify customer purchase orders against approved quotations before forwarding them to the Order Processing team for fulfilment. • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
