Senior Executive (Allied Health Team) | 1-Year Contract

Location: Novena Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Employment Type: 1-Year Contract Job Description: * Provide secretariat and administrative support for meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, minutes and action tracking. * Support the team with day-to-day administrative and finance-related matters to ensure smooth operations. * Assist with project and programme coordination relating to workforce development, care integration and professional group initiatives. * Manage corporate gift inventory, including stock tracking, replenishment and related administrative duties. * Support engagement activities for scholars and sponsorships within the Allied Health community. * Assist in coordinating outreach and talent engagement events with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs). * Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support assigned projects and initiatives. Requirements *Min Bachelor's Degree in Science, Health, Social Sciences, Business or a related discipline. *Prior internship or work experience in healthcare, public sector, administration, project coordination or events will be an advantage.
