Salary: up to $6000 Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Queenstown Job Description: • Manage assigned Group Hospitality portfolio (Group Hospitality covers Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering Services). • Drive vendor performance to achieve contractual KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations. • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and workplace safety regulations. • Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience. • Partner stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues, address service gaps, and support operational needs. • Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, and documentation to ensure accountability and audit readiness. • Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management to optimise resource utilisation and value for money. • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that strengthen service delivery, operational resilience, and organisational outcomes. • Develop a collaborative and high-performing team culture through coaching, engagement, and knowledge sharing.
